We need a highly capable, pro-active team player to help develop the company and manage a small, busy office.
The role is wide ranging and will involve general office management, staff co-ordination, rental assessments, viewings, negotiating, marketing and administrative tasks within a busy and varied working environment.
Your key attributes must be: a professional and intelligent communicator, outgoing personality and smart appearance, good computer literacy and organisational skills, fun to work with in a high work-load environment, car owner/driver.
At least two years relevant experience within the residential lettings/sales industry is essential.
LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR/JUNIOR NEGOTIATOR
Your key attributes must be: a professional and intelligent communicator with experience in a commercial environment, outgoing personality and smart appearance, very good computer literacy and organisational skills, fun to work with in a high workload environment. You will be responsible for the general administration within our office, in addition to registering applicants, arranging and conducting property viewings. Must be Car Owner/Driver.
